I sort of fumbled the booking for this when I was supposed to book with another group of people. The woman at the front Elizabeth did a wonderful job of making sure I was taken care of. I find the staff to be friendly in the middle of the night or also in the middle of the day depending on when travelling. Safe feeling location.
Very easy to book direct with the hotel. Very friendly staff. Awesome breakfast! Best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was informed by kitchen staff that they use real eggs and not the powdered stuff that most hotels use.
Excellent hotel for a quiet retreat. Front desk and restaurant staff are above accommodating. Pool was pleasantly warm enough for a relaxing swim. Lobby had a beautiful fireplace and seating area to enjoy a glass of wine and conversation with friends before retiring. Would definitely stay here again !
Great staff , clean rooms . No real complaints , however could use even a minor upgrade in the fitness centre. Not much going on in there maybe a couple of machines only. Nonetheless great stay and good people working there.
We stayed here as a family. The staff were super kind and welcoming. Phil was especially helpful and the ladies who did the breakfast made us smile. Beds were comfy and the room we booked was large. Despite there being lots of pets on our floor, none of them caused any issues and we didn’t hear them at all. Staff were accommodating when we had to make a couple of adjustments to our reservation. Breakfast was good, lots of options and we enjoyed the scrambled eggs. Our only challenge was that there was some noise from outside the hotel but that may be due to all of the new construction in the area. Hopefully it resolves in the near future.
We stayed here for a night, hotel was nice and the staff were nice. A little nosy the one night. I need to redo this as our stay was longer. The staff were great, the ladies in the kitchen were so sweet, the rooms were cleaned and cleaning staff were friendly. Would recommend this, close the hospital, which to us was helpful for us. I didn’t eat much but they had waffles you can make and a great selection. Would recommend this place. Thank you
Breakfast was fantastic. Bar none. Scrambled eggs sausage and bacon are perfect. Pancakes was yummy and Service with a smile. Definitely a great experience. Soo much variety, fresh fruits, bagels, yogurt, juice... wow!! Room is super clean and cozy..
We were there for hockey tournament. The location was to far from the Peterborough rinks. Not their fault, our team chose this hotel. Good breakfast, very clean. One caveat if group booking read the contract. Could not cancel for refund less then 7 days prior. Any cancelation within 7 days is 50% charge and when we tried to cancel our last day the day before we were charged the full amount because it wasn't 24hrs prior. So not necessarily the day before.
